ACER MACHINE TOOLS

Why ACER Machines?

When searching for a machine tool distributorship for Rossi Machinery Services, Inc., Mike Rossi looked for something that will best represent our criteria for new products or services:
  1. What kind of quality does the product or service offer?
  2. Does the quality meet our standards?
  3. Would we buy and use the product or service?
  4. Does it provide the lasting power of our other distributorships, such as our  Heidenhain Distributorship?  We are very proud of this quality and it is our standard for all of our products.
  5. And finally what about price? You might be surprised to know that all our customers- even Lockheed Martin and other large companies DO price shop. So getting a quality machine tool with options & price was important to us.
The answer to all of these questions is yes.  Note that Acer Machine Tools have Meehanite casting.  They use all brand name electronics & parts. And they are built for accuracy.  These are just some of the reasons we represent for Acer Machine Tools.

Location

 We love our valued customers.

My small business recently purchased an Acer E-mill 3VK with an Acu-rite 3 axis CNC controller.
Prior to making the purchase I went to Rossi Machinery to talk with them as I had a lot of questions.

I have never purchased a new machine before. The Rossi’s took the time to answer all of my questions and we spent a couple of hours just talking machining.

I soon became confident that these folks know their products and how to service them. I felt that these were folks that I could put my trust in.
My new machine arrived and went into service without any problems. Our labor input for our parts were cut by about 60%.

After the machine was in service about a month a warranty issue popped up. I called Mike Rossi and he came to the shop in a little over one hour. He quickly located the problem with the controller. My machine was repaired and back in service with minimal down time.
Rossi Machinery is a company with honesty, integrity and the skills which I was looking for in a machinery dealer. You can depend on them, I do.
